Yreka Enrichment Fund

A nonprofit organization

The Yreka Enrichment Fund Committee, YEF, was created to support our community. The Fund is endowed, forever, and the interest can be used for projects in Yreka. It is professionally managed and administered by the Community Foundation of the North State, formerly Shasta Regional Community Foundation. The three projects completed are the refurbishment of the “Welcome Signs” at the north and south interchanges, the restoration of the iconic, 107-year-old "YREKA" sign at the central interchange, and the restoration of the 103-year-old historic Yreka Park Arch and rock wall at the the entrance to the park (commonly known as Miner Street Park.) The above projects were done in partnership with the City of Yreka. The fund is available to Yreka’s 501C(3) charities, schools and City.  Yreka Enrichment Fund is participating in North State Giving Tuesday. Also, think of YEF in your will or trust.
